A detailed description of the complaint, including any relevant photos or documents
We will carefully investigate your complaint and contact you to resolve the situation. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days of receipt and inform you of the outcome.
Warranty Policy:
We provide a warranty on our products in accordance with the statutory provisions and the manufacturer-specific warranty conditions. If you believe that your product is defective and would like to make a warranty claim, we ask you to contact us by email at info@ambrss.com. Please provide the following information when submitting a warranty claim:

The serial number and/or product model of the product in question

Please note: Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accidents, abuse or modifications to the product.
