Thank you for your purchase from AMBRS. We hope you are satisfied with your product(s). However, if you are not satisfied or the product is defective, we offer an easy returns policy to help you. 

Return conditions

For us, everything revolves around your satisfaction and convenience. We strive to provide you with not only high-quality products, but also a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. We would like to inform you about our returns policy so that you can shop with confidence, knowing that we are here for you, even if you are not completely satisfied. 

Returns: Because Your Satisfaction Comes First 

We understand that there are times when a product does not meet your expectations. That's why we designed our returns policy with you in mind. Here are the conditions to qualify for a return: 

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.  
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.  
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.  
  • Discounted products are excluded from returns unless they are defective.  
  • Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.  

Returns Process: Simple and Efficient 

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps: 

  • Please contact our customer service at info@ambrss.com to register your return. Please include your order number, the name of the product you want to return and the reason for return.  
  • After your return has been approved, you will receive a return label or instructions for returning the product.  
  • Pack the product securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transport.  
  • Return the product to the return address provided using the return label provided or according to the instructions provided.  
  • Once we have received the returned product and inspected it for the above conditions, we will process your return and notify you of the refund or exchange.  

Refunds: Guaranteeing Your Satisfaction 

If all return conditions are met, we will process a refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that it may take a few days for the money to be credited to your account, depending on your bank's processing time. 

Exchanges: Finding Your Perfect Fit 

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color or a different product, you can contact our customer service at info@ambrss.com. We will be happy to help you arrange an exchange, if possible. 

Defective Products: Our Apologies and Immediate Action 

If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@ambrss.com. We will assess the defective product and arrange a replacement if necessary.
